Rancho “La Cañada” is located between two fields already used in the production of tequila Ocho in previous years (La Latilla to the north and La Laja to the south), on a slope that faces gently south, at an average altitude of 2,115 meters.
Its eastern border is limited by a ravine, which give the land its name, and in which water runs only during the rainy season. Cedars, ash trees and oaks grow on both sides of the ravine.

On the nose: Sea salt, milk chocolate, coconut, vanilla, caramelized nuts, cherries, anise, cinnamon and light pepper.
On the palate: Spicy and earthy, dry wood, light pepper and smoky notes. Orange peel and dark chocolate.
