Tour policies

To ensure a safe, organized, and enjoyable experience for all our visitors, we ask you to consider the following policies:

Punctuality

  • Participants must arrive at the meeting point at the indicated time.
  • It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes prior for registration and pre-event instructions.
  • We have a 10-minute grace period to honor your reservation.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, we ask you to Contact us via WhatsApp to be able to provide you with a possible solution.

2. Instructions during the tour

  • The tour must be accompanied by authorized personnel at all times.
  • It is important to follow the routes and stay in the designated areas.
  • We ask you to always follow the guide's instructions.

3. Security

  • Do not separate from the group without notifying the guide beforehand.
  • Respect all restricted or marked areas.
  • The use of Closed and comfortable shoe, as the route includes areas with grates, stairs, or other surfaces that could be uncomfortable or pose a hazard.

4. Site Maintenance

  • Deposit trash in the designated areas.
  • Do not damage the facilities, plants, or objects at the location.

5. Cancellation and Change Policy

  • Can I request a Date change with at least 48 hours in advance to your visit.
  • Only one is allowed exchange for reservation calendar availability.
  • If you fail to show up or fail to give advance notice:
    • No refunds are issued.
    • It's not possible to reschedule the visit.
    • Products included in the experience (such as tastings) are not provided.
  • To attend at another time, it will be necessary to make a new reservation.

6. Personal liability

  • Each participant is responsible for their own belongings.
  • It is important to inform in advance about any medical condition or special need.

7. Age and access

  • For security reasons, Children under 12 are not permitted to the tour.
  • Visitors are responsible for any damage to the facilities and/or products.
  • Pets are not allowed.
