La Ladera, as its name suggests, is the west face of a hill, with a slightly steep slope. It covers an area of 35 hectares and its altitude ranges from 2,100 to 2,150 meters above sea level.
On the nose: Roasted pineapple, black pepper, very green notes like celery and mint. Green guava, wet earth, and salted caramel.
On the palate: Orange peel, earthy notes, black pepper, toasted almonds. A very mineral tequila.
