In this case we are separating only the “neck and shoulders” of the distillation, an incredibly aromatic and delicious part.
Our highest alcohol content Puntas to date, which are an x-ray of how the agave was at the time of harvesting and which we polished with the greatest care during our artisanal process.
We should remember that Tequila is made up of aromas, flavors and alcohol. By diluting the alcohol, we are also diluting aromas and flavors. In the case of Puntas, the dilution was minimal, so we preserve all the character of the Tequila, with results in an explosion of flavors in the mouth and an experience that involves all the senses.
